5.3 AI Visibility Monitoring

Seeqer queries third‑party AI systems (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) to monitor the visibility of brands or product names.

  • We do not operate, control, or train these AI systems.
  • We have no influence on how these third‑party providers process data.
  • Results are analytical and informational and may change over time.

Customers are advised not to include personal data in prompts or queries, unless strictly necessary.

Where personal data is processed on behalf of customers acting as controllers, such processing is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).


5.4 Payments (Stripe)

Payments are processed via Stripe.

Depending on the Stripe service used:

  • Stripe may act as an independent controller and/or
  • as a processor.

We process billing and contract data necessary for subscription handling and accounting.
